Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface Pro, getting a overall score of 65 against 63.2. Both of these tablets come with Windows OS, but the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has the previous 8 version while Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro version. Samsung ATIV Tab 3's body is newer, extremely thinner and a lot lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro.
Microsoft Surface Pro features a little bit better screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a better 1080 x 1920 resolution, a better pixel number per display inch and a bit larger screen. Microsoft Surface Pro has a much greater memory to install applications and games than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with just a bit better processing power than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Microsoft Surface Pro also has a greater amount of RAM and an additional graphics processing unit. The Microsoft Surface Pro's battery life is just as good as the battery lifetime in Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features just a bit better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a lot more mega-pixels back camera and a lot higher (Full HD) video resolution.
Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is also a bargain compared to the other tablets.
