Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a score of 65, which is much better than the Microsoft Surface RT's score of 58.4. These tablets come with Windows OS, but the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has the previous 8 version and Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT. Samsung ATIV Tab 3's body is newer, thinner and lighter than the Microsoft Surface RT.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a little sharper display than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 768 x 1366, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also counts with a quite better display density. The Microsoft Surface RT and Samsung ATIV Tab 3 feature incredibly similar storage capacity to store more games and applications, and although the Microsoft Surface RT has no SD card slot, they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity.

The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a way better camera than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also has a camera with way more mega pixels.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 and the Microsoft Surface RT both feature really similar batteries performance.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is not only the best devices in this comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper, making this tablet a no doubt choice.
