Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a general score of 65, which is better than the OSCAL Pad 90's 57.9 global score. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with Windows 8 OS, while OSCAL Pad 90 has Android 14 OS. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a much more vibrant screen than OSCAL Pad 90, although it has a little smaller display.
