Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is a little bit better than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, having a 65.9 score against 65. The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch body is somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, even when both of them were only released with a few months difference. Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch comes with Android 4.2 OS, while Samsung ATIV Tab 3 comes with Windows 8 OS.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with just a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also has more RAM. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have a same size display, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also has a quite higher pixel density and a bit higher 768 x 1366 pixels resolution.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a little bit better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch takes better photographs and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, although it has a back-facing camera with a lot lower 3 megapixels resolution and a much worse 1280x720 (HD) video definition.

Although Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung ATIV Tab 3. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, resigning a couple features and specs.
