Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is just a bit better than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, getting a 65.6 score against 65. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with Windows 8 OS. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a newer and lighter portable tablet than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, but it is just a little bit thicker.
Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with a bit sharper display than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a really smaller display and a little bit worse 1280 x 800 resolution, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a superior storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 56 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with 512 MB more RAM.
