The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a global score of 75.2, which is much better than Samsung ATIV Tab 3's overall score of 65. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 works with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, and Samsung ATIV Tab 3 works with Windows 8 operating system. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is a a lot newer tablet, and it's also incredibly thinner and notably lighter than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a bit more vivid screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1536 x 2048px and much more pixels per inch in the screen. Galaxy Tab S3 has a bit faster CPU than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has 2 GB more RAM and more processing cores.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 shoots a lot better photographs and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution and a camera in the back with lot more megapixels. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a better storage for games and applications than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, although it has 0 less internal memory.
The Galaxy Tab S3 features a very superior battery performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
Although Galaxy Tab S3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung ATIV Tab 3. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab S3, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, resigning some specs and features.
