The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has a global score of 73.3, which is much better than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3's 65 score. Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is a notably thinner and incredibly lighter tablet than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra comes with Android 13 OS, and Samsung ATIV Tab 3 comes with Windows 8 OS.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a way better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, although it has 6 GB lesser RAM and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster). The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, although it has a really smaller screen, a much lower display pixels density and a lot worse 768 x 1366 resolution.
