Xperia Z4 Tablet is much better than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, having a score of 74.7 against 65. The Xperia Z4 Tablet is a a lot thinner and way lighter device than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. Xperia Z4 Tablet comes with Android 5.0 operating system, and Samsung ATIV Tab 3 comes with Windows 8 operating system.
Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet counts with a quite superior processing power than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has 1 GB more RAM, an additional graphics processor, a 64-bit processing unit and more CPU cores. The Xperia Z4 Tablet has an incredibly better display than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a lot better screen pixels density and a lot better 1600 x 2560px resolution.
Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet captures much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a lot better 8.1 MP resolution camera.
