IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) is a little bit better than the Samsung ATIV Tab 5, getting a 74.8 score against 69.2. The iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) construction is noticeably thinner and a lot lighter than the Samsung ATIV Tab 5. IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) counts with iPadOS 16.x OS, and Samsung ATIV Tab 5 works with Windows 8 OS.
Samsung ATIV Tab 5 counts with a bit better looking display than Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), although it has a lot lower 768 x 1366 resolution, way lesser pixels per display inch and a bit smaller screen. The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has a very superior hardware performance than iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores.
The Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) shoots a lot better photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has a much higher resolution camera in the back. IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) features a very superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.

Although Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung ATIV Tab 5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung ATIV Tab 5. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Samsung ATIV Tab 5, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
