Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has an overall score of 69.2, which is much better than HP ProPad 600's 58.2 general score. Both devices in our current comparison use Windows OS (operating system), but Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has the older 8 version while HP ProPad 600 has Windows 8.1. The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 design has the same thickness than HP ProPad 600, but it is heavier.
HP ProPad 600 has a more vivid display than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher pixel quantity per inch of screen and a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. Samsung ATIV Tab 5 features a much greater memory for applications and games than HP ProPad 600, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
The HP ProPad 600 features a little better hardware performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has a larger number of cores and a greater amount of RAM. The HP ProPad 600's camera is just as good as Samsung ATIV Tab 5's camera, both of them have a same resolution camera. The HP ProPad 600 features a superior battery duration than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has an 8380mAh battery capacity.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 is way more expensive than the HP ProPad 600, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
