Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 5 is just a bit better than the Lenovo ThinkPad 8, getting a global score of 69.2 against 64.2. Both tablets in this comparison review include Windows OS (operating system), but Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has the previous 8 version while Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has Windows 8.1. The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 construction is a lot heavier and thicker than the Lenovo ThinkPad 8.
The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with a much better looking screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a lot better screen density. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Lenovo ThinkPad 8 also has more cpu cores.
Lenovo ThinkPad 8's storage capacity to store more games and applications is just as good as the Samsung ATIV Tab 5 one, and although the Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has no SD card slot, they both have the same internal memory. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 shoots clearer photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 5. Both have a 8 MP camera.
