Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a score of 82.4, which is better than Samsung ATIV Tab 5's score of 69.2. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017)'s construction is noticeably newer and somewhat thinner, but a bit heavier than Samsung ATIV Tab 5. These tablets have Windows OS (Operating System), but Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has an older 10 Pro version and Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has Windows 8.
The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a little faster processor than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) also has 14 GB more RAM memory.
