Samsung Ativ Tab has a score of 66.7, which is much better than the Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi's 58.5 score. These tablets include Windows OS (Operating System), but Samsung Ativ Tab has a newer RT version and Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi has Windows 8.1 version, providing you a couple additional features and improved performance. The Samsung Ativ Tab construction weights the same than the Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi, but it's thicker.
The Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi counts with a little bit better processing power than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, and they both have the same RAM amount, the Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi also counts with a 64 bits processor and 2 more cores.
