Comparison review
Samsung Ativ Tab has a global score of 66.7, which is better than the HP ProPad 600's 58.2 score. Both tablets in our current comparison use Windows OS (operating system), but the Samsung Ativ Tab has newer RT version while HP ProPad 600 has Windows 8.1. Even though the Samsung Ativ Tab is older than the HP ProPad 600, it's body is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter.
HP ProPad 600 features a brighter screen than Samsung Ativ Tab, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the HP ProPad 600 also has a greater display density and a lot higher 1200 x 1920 resolution. The HP ProPad 600 features a bit superior processor than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a higher number of cores.
HP ProPad 600 counts with a little bit better camera than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a way higher resolution camera. The Samsung Ativ Tab has a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than HP ProPad 600. Both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity. HP ProPad 600 counts with just a bit better battery life than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a 2% larger battery size.
Although Samsung Ativ Tab is a better device, it costs a lot more than the HP ProPad 600, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the HP ProPad 600. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Ativ Tab, else you can save a couple dollars and get the HP ProPad 600, resigning a couple features and specs.
