Comparison review
The Samsung Ativ Tab has a global score of 66.7, which is much better than Lenovo Miix2's global score of 59.3. Both of these tablets use Windows OS (operating system), but Samsung Ativ Tab has a more recent RT version and Lenovo Miix2 has Windows 8.1, giving you a couple additional features. Despite being the best tablet we compare here, Samsung Ativ Tab is an older, notably heavier and just a little thicker tablet than the Lenovo Miix2.
Lenovo Miix2 features a brighter screen than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a way smaller screen and a little worse 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display. The Lenovo Miix2 has a bit better processing power than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, and they both have 2 GB of RAM memory, the Lenovo Miix2 also counts with 2 more cores.
Lenovo Miix2's camera is very similar to Samsung Ativ Tab's camera, both of them have a same resolution camera. The Lenovo Miix2 has a much bigger storage for games and applications than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a very superior battery duration than Lenovo Miix2.
Although Samsung Ativ Tab is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Lenovo Miix2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Lenovo Miix2. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Lenovo Miix2, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
