Comparison review
Samsung Ativ Tab has a general score of 66.7, which is a bit better than Microsoft Surface Go's 66.5 global score. These tablets come with Windows OS (Operating System), but Samsung Ativ Tab has a newer RT version while Microsoft Surface Go has Windows 10 version, so it offers some additional features. The Samsung Ativ Tab design is much older, a bit thicker and a little heavier than Microsoft Surface Go.
Samsung Ativ Tab and Microsoft Surface Go both count with quite similar CPUs, because although the Microsoft Surface Go has doesn't have a GPU, and they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM. Microsoft Surface Go has a little bit better looking display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a way better resolution of 1800 x 1200px.
The Microsoft Surface Go takes just a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a way more megapixels camera in the back and a lot better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution. Microsoft Surface Go has just a bit more memory to store more games and applications than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
The Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a superior battery life than Microsoft Surface Go.
Although Samsung Ativ Tab is a better device, it costs a lot more than Microsoft Surface Go, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Microsoft Surface Go. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Microsoft Surface Go, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
