The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is just a bit better than the Samsung Ativ Tab, getting a 66.9 score against 66.7. These tablets work with Windows operating system, but Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has the previous 10 version while Samsung Ativ Tab has Windows RT version. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a incredibly newer and just a little thinner tablet device than Samsung Ativ Tab, but it's also much heavier.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features a sharper display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a way greater display density, a much higher 2736 x 1824 resolution and a larger display. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has just a bit more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, and they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory. Samsung Ativ Tab features a much better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro 7.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has just a bit better camera than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a much higher 8 mega pixels resolution back camera and a much better video resolution.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a better device, it costs more money than the Samsung Ativ Tab, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Ativ Tab. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Pro 7, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Ativ Tab, resigning some specifications.
