Samsung Ativ Tab is a bit better than Moto Tab G20, having a 66.7 score against 66.3. Although it's the best we are comparing here, Samsung Ativ Tab's body is older, just a bit thicker and incredibly heavier than Moto Tab G20. Samsung Ativ Tab comes with Windows RT OS, and Moto Tab G20 counts with Android 11 OS.
Moto Tab G20 features a little sharper screen than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a bit worse 800 x 1280 resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel count per inch in the display. The Moto Tab G20 counts with a little faster CPU than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and they are faster) and more RAM memory.
Motorola Moto Tab G20 has a very superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 2 TB. Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a really longer battery life than Moto Tab G20, because it has 8200mAh of battery capacity instead of 5100mAh.
The Motorola Moto Tab G20 captures better photographs and videos than Samsung Ativ Tab, and although they both have a back-facing camera with a 5 MP resolution, the Motorola Moto Tab G20 also has a lot higher video quality.
