Comparison review
The Samsung Ativ Tab has a global score of 66.7, which is just a bit better than the Samsung ATIV Tab 7's overall score of 64.9. Both of these tablets include Windows operating system, but the Samsung Ativ Tab has RT version while Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has Windows 8, giving you some extra features and some performance improvements. Samsung Ativ Tab is a extremely thinner and notably lighter tablet device than the Samsung ATIV Tab 7, even when both were released only a couple months apart.
Samsung ATIV Tab 7 features a bit better screen than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a little more pixels per inch of screen, a quite larger screen and a better resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Samsung Ativ Tab features a much greater processing power than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because although it has less RAM memory and a slower GPU working at 400 megahertz, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and faster).
Samsung ATIV Tab 7 features a way bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory. The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 features a camera that is just as good as the Samsung Ativ Tab one, both have a 5 megapixels back camera.
The Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung ATIV Tab 7.
