Samsung Ativ Tab is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, getting a score of 66.7 against 58.5. The Samsung Ativ Tab comes with Windows RT OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V comes with Android 4.4 OS. The Samsung Ativ Tab design is a bit thinner but heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V. The Samsung Ativ Tab has a bit superior processor than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has 1 GB more RAM, more processing cores and an extra GPU.
