The Huawei MateBook design is newer, a lot thinner and incredibly lighter than the Samsung ATIV Tab 7. Huawei MateBook has a bit better screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because it has a just a little better pixels quantity in each inch of screen, a better 2160 x 1440 resolution and a little bigger display.
