Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has an overall score of 64.9, which is just a bit better than Huawei MediaPad M1's 61.5 global score. Samsung ATIV Tab 7 comes with Windows 8 operating system, and Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2 operating system. Even being the best we are comparing, the Samsung ATIV Tab 7 is an older, extremely heavier and noticeably thicker tablet than the Huawei MediaPad M1.
Huawei MediaPad M1 features a much more powerful CPU than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores. Huawei MediaPad M1 has a more vivid display than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, although it has a much smaller display, a much lower resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and a quite worse count of pixels per inch of display.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 counts with a bit better camera than Huawei MediaPad M1. Both of them have a 5 MP back camera. Samsung ATIV Tab 7 counts with much more memory for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.
Huawei MediaPad M1 has a much better battery performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 7.
