Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has a general score of 64.9, which is better than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro's 58.7 global score. The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has Windows 8 OS, while Microsoft Surface 9 Pro comes with Windows OS. Even being the best tablet in this review, Samsung ATIV Tab 7's design is a little heavier and extremely thicker than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro.
The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro features a bit more vivid screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because it has a higher pixels amount per display inch, a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 2880 pixels and a little larger display. Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has a much greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, because it has 128 GB more internal storage capacity.
Samsung ATIV Tab 7 features a bit better performance than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and lesser megahertz CPU cores, it also counts with an extra graphics processor. The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro's battery life is just as good as Samsung ATIV Tab 7's battery life.
Microsoft Surface 9 Pro's camera is very similar to the Samsung ATIV Tab 7 one, although the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro also has a way higher resolution back camera.
