Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 is better than Microsoft Surface RT, with a 64.9 score against 58.4. These devices come with Windows OS (operating system), but the Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has an older 8 version and Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT. Samsung ATIV Tab 7 is an extremely thicker and a lot heavier tablet device than the Microsoft Surface RT.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 counts with a slightly better display than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a quite larger screen, a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and more pixels per display inch. The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
The Microsoft Surface RT has a much faster processing unit than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and a slower 520 MHz graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and faster). The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 and the Microsoft Surface RT both feature extremely similar battery performance.
Samsung ATIV Tab 7 takes much clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a back-facing camera with lot more MP.
