Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is slightly better than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, getting a 65 score against 64.9. These tablets use the same Windows 8 OS (Operating System), so both of them should give you identical operating system features. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a newer device, and it's also extremely thinner and extremely lighter than the Samsung ATIV Tab 7.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a bit better looking display than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, although it has a way lower 768 x 1366 resolution, a just a bit less pixels per inch in the screen and a bit smaller display. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a very superior processor than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because although it has less RAM memory and doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and faster).
Samsung ATIV Tab 7 takes much clearer videos and photos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. They have a camera in the back with a 5 MP. Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has a much greater storage for games and applications than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a battery life that's very similar to Samsung ATIV Tab 7's battery duration.
