Comparison review
The Samsung Ativ Tab has a general score of 66.7, which is slightly better than the Samsung ATIV Tab 7's general score of 64.9. The Samsung Ativ Tab construction is a lot thinner and much lighter than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, even though both were released with only 0 months difference. These tablets come with Windows OS (operating system), but Samsung Ativ Tab has a newer RT version and Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has Windows 8, counting with a couple nice extra features.
The Samsung Ativ Tab has a very superior performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and a weaker graphics processor running at 400 megahertz, it also counts with a higher number of cores. The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has a little sharper screen than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a little larger screen, a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a quite higher pixels count in each display inch.
Samsung ATIV Tab 7 and Samsung Ativ Tab feature quite similar cameras, both of them have a same resolution back facing camera. The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 counts with a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Samsung Ativ Tab features a way better battery duration than Samsung ATIV Tab 7.
