The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is just a bit better than the Samsung ATIV Tab 7, with a score of 65.6 against 64.9. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 OS, and Samsung ATIV Tab 7 works with Windows 8 OS. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's body is newer, way thinner and a lot lighter than Samsung ATIV Tab 7.
