Both tablets in this review work with Windows OS, but Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has a more recent 10 version while Lenovo Miix2 has Windows 8.1. The Galaxy Book 10.6-inch is a a lot newer tablet than Lenovo Miix2, but it's a bit thicker and noticeably heavier.
