The Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has a general score of 71.1, which is slightly better than Microsoft Surface 3's 66.3 score. Galaxy Book 10.6-inch's construction is extremely newer than Microsoft Surface 3's, but it is a little bit heavier and a little thicker. The Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has a bit sharper screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1920 x 1280, the Galaxy Book 10.6-inch also counts with a quite better screen pixel density.
The Galaxy Book 10.6-inch counts with a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Microsoft Surface 3, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Book 10.6-inch also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 256 GB. Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch features a bit superior processing unit than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has lesser cpu cores (although they are faster), they both have the same RAM amount.
The Microsoft Surface 3's camera is just as good as the Galaxy Book 10.6-inch one, and although the Microsoft Surface 3 has a lot more MP back facing camera, they both have the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video quality. The Microsoft Surface 3's battery duration is very similar to the Galaxy Book 10.6-inch one.
