The Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has a general score of 71.1, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's general score of 66.5. Galaxy Book 10.6-inch comes with Windows 10 operating system, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 comes with Android 4.4.2 operating system. The Galaxy Book 10.6-inch design is noticeably newer and somewhat thinner, but also incredibly heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0.
Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch also counts with more RAM memory.
