Galaxy Book 12-inch is much better than Huawei MateBook E, getting an 80 score against 67. Both of these tablets work with the same Windows 10 OS (operating system). The Galaxy Book 12-inch design is a little thicker and heavier than the Huawei MateBook E. Huawei MateBook E counts with a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch.
