Galaxy Book 12-inch has an overall score of 80, which is much better than Huawei MediaPad M1's global score of 61.5. Galaxy Book 12-inch comes with Windows 10 OS, while Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2 OS. Galaxy Book 12-inch's design is a lot newer and just a little bit thinner, but much heavier than Huawei MediaPad M1.
