Comparison review

The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a general score of 82.4, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch's score of 80. Both tablets we are comparing here work with Windows OS, but Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a more recent 10 Pro version while Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch has Windows 10 version. Although it's the best tablet device in this comparison review, it must be told that it's also a bit heavier and thicker.

The Galaxy Book 12-inch has a bit more powerful processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch, because it has a higher 2736 x 1824px resolution, a bit better display pixels density and a little bit bigger display.

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a much better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 1000 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Book 12-inch shoots much clearer photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Galaxy Book 12-inch also has a way better 13 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.

Galaxy Book 12-inch counts with a superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017).
