Galaxy Book 12-inch is much better than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, having a overall score of 80 against 72.2. Both tablets in this comparison work with Windows operating system, but the Galaxy Book 12-inch has the previous 10 version while Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro.
