Comparison review
Galaxy Book 12-inch is much better than the Microsoft Surface Pro 7, with a general score of 80 against 66.9. Galaxy Book 12-inch is an much older device than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, but it's somewhat thinner and a bit lighter anyway. These tablets include the same Windows 10 OS. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch, because it has a little bit bigger display, a higher 2736 x 1824 resolution and a just a bit higher pixel count in each inch of display.
Galaxy Book 12-inch features a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, because it has more internal storage and an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a processing unit that is very similar to Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch's processing unit, and although the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Dual-Core processing unit.
The Galaxy Book 12-inch counts with a way better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy Book 12-inch also has a much better 13 MP resolution camera. The Galaxy Book 12-inch has a way better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro 7.
