The Galaxy Book 12-inch has an overall score of 80, which is much better than the Microsoft Surface RT's 58.4 score. The Galaxy Book 12-inch design is noticeably newer and notably thinner, but also just a little bit heavier than the Microsoft Surface RT. These devices work with Windows OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Book 12-inch has the previous 10 version and Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT version.
Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch features a bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor and 2 lesser CPU cores , it also counts with more RAM.
