Both of these tablets have Windows OS, but Galaxy Book 12-inch has 10 version and Lumia 2520 has Windows RT 8.1 version. Galaxy Book 12-inch is a extremely newer and thinner device than Lumia 2520, although it's also somewhat heavier.
