The Galaxy Book 12-inch is a lot better than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, getting an 80 score against 66.5. Galaxy Book 12-inch works with Windows 10 operating system, while Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 works with Android 4.4.2 operating system. Although the Galaxy Book 12-inch is way heavier than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, it's way thinner and noticeably newer.
