Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch has a general score of 80, which is much better than the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact's score of 71.3. The Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch works with Windows 10 operating system, while Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact comes with Android 4.4 operating system.
