Comparison review

The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a lot better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), with a overall score of 77.4 against 58.6. Both devices we compare here include Android operating system, but GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has an older 4.4.2 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie. Even though GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is extremely older and much heavier than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), it's design is still thinner.

GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a much better looking screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a lot greater count of pixels per inch of display, a larger display and a lot higher resolution of 1600 x 2560. Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), because although it has just 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1000 GB.

Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with a little better performance than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and although they both have 4 processing cores, the Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has an extra graphics processor and 1 GB more RAM memory.
