Comparison review

GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has an overall score of 77.4, which is much better than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T's general score of 57.6. Both tablets we compare here use the same Android 4.4.2 OS, so they should count with all the same operating system features. Even though the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) and Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T were released only a few months apart, the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is thinner and just a little bit lighter.

Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has a display that is very similar to the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) one, both of them have the same count of pixels per inch in the display, exactly the same 1600 x 2560px resolution and a same size display. GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features more storage to store more apps and games than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, because although it has a SD card slot that allows up to 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.

GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a bit better processing power than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has an additional graphics processor and 1 GB more RAM. The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a much longer battery lifetime than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T.

Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) captures just a bit better photos and videos than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has a way more mega pixels camera.

Although GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, letting go some features and specifications.
