The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is much better than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, getting a overall score of 77.4 against 65.2. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has the newer 4.4.2 version and Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has Android 13. Although the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is better than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, we must note that it's also older, a little bit heavier and a little thicker.
The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with a sharper screen than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 1600 x 2560px resolution and a better pixel amount per inch in the display. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory.
The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a bit more powerful CPU than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and 4 lesser cpu cores (but faster), it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 counts with a bit better camera than Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), because it has a way more megapixels back camera.
The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16's battery duration is just as good as the Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) one, although the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has just 8200mAh battery size.
