Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a newer 4.4.2 version and Moto Tab G20 has Android 11 version, giving lots of additional features and a performance increase. GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a noticeably older and a lot heavier tablet than the Moto Tab G20, but Samsung made it a little bit thinner anyway.

The Moto Tab G20 features a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), because although it has just 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that allows up to 2 TB.
The Moto Tab G20 counts with a processor that is just as good as Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition)'s processing unit, because although the Moto Tab G20 has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, and they both have the same RAM amount, it also counts with a greater number of cores. The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a much better battery performance than Moto Tab G20, because it has 8220mAh of battery capacity instead of 5100mAh.
Moto Tab G20 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), although it has a worse video definition and a lot worse 5 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
