The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) works with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Lumia 2520 has Windows RT 8.1 OS.
Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a bit better processing power than Nokia Lumia 2520, and although they both have 4 cores and a 450 megahertz GPU, the Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
