Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has an overall score of 77.4, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's 66.5 score. Both devices we compare here use the same Android 4.4.2 operating system. Even though Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) and the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 were released with only 4 months difference, Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition)'s body is notably thinner but incredibly heavier.
The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, and although they both have a 450 MHz GPU, the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has a greater amount of RAM and 2 more processing cores. The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a much larger display, a much better count of pixels per inch of screen and a much better resolution of 1600 x 2560.

So if you need that extra specs, you can buy GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, resigning a couple specs and features.
