Comparison review
The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), with a 77.4 score against 76.7. Both of these tablets include Android OS (operating system), but the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a newer 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has Android 11 version. Although it's the best tablet in this review, it must be told that it's also a lot older, somewhat heavier and a bit thicker.
Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has an incredibly better display than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), and although they both have a display of the same size, the Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has a higher 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution and more pixels per display inch. Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), because although it has 4 lesser CPU cores , and they both have 3 GB of RAM, the Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also counts with a graphics processing unit.
Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) features a way better camera than GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition). They have a back camera with an 8 MP resolution, the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video quality. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has much more storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity and a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with improved battery performance than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), because it has an 8220mAh battery size against 6150mAh.
Although Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019). If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your money.
