The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a general score of 77.4, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016)'s general score of 60.4. These tablets work with Android operating system, but Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has an older 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a much older and way heavier tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), but Samsung made it just a little thinner anyway.

The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a quite better performance than Galaxy Tab A (2016), and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has more RAM memory and an extra graphics processing unit. GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with a much sharper screen than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a greater pixels quantity per inch in the display, a way bigger screen and a much better 1600 x 2560 resolution.

The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a very superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has a SD memory slot that admits up to 64 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory. The Galaxy Tab A (2016) captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), although it has a lot less MP resolution back facing camera and a way lower video definition.

The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with a much longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has an 8220mAh battery size against 4000mAh.

The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab A (2016), but you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
