Comparison review

The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is way better than Galaxy Tab E, getting a global score of 77.4 against 60.7. The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) design is just a little thinner than Galaxy Tab E, although it is just a bit heavier and was released a little bit further than a year before. Both tablets we compare here include Android operating system, but the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has newer 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab E has Android 4.4 version, offering some nice extra features and enhanced performance.

The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with a much sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, because it has a way better resolution of 1600 x 2560, a quite bigger screen and a much greater pixels quantity per inch of display. GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with much more memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.

The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a better performing processor than Galaxy Tab E, and although they both have the same number of cores, the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has a larger amount of RAM memory and an additional graphics co-processor. The Galaxy Tab E captures slightly better photos and videos than Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), although it has a back facing camera with way less mega pixels resolution and a much worse 1280x720 (HD) video definition.

GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with a superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, because it has a 64% bigger battery capacity.
