Both devices in this comparison review use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 has the older 11 version while GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has Android 4.4.2. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 construction is a lot newer, a little lighter and somewhat thinner than GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition).
The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a sharper screen than Galaxy Tab S7, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also counts with a little bit greater screen pixel density. Galaxy Tab S7 counts with a bit superior processing unit than GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and also faster).
