Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is slightly better than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18, having a 66.3 score against 66.1. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1's design is noticeably older, somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18.
